For those of you who played during the winter I hope you enjoyed the winter season and will continue to play through spring / summer 2008. This newsletter has been produced to inform you of what will be taking place at the Club for junior members from April 2008 until August 2008.
The Junior Committee worked extremely hard last season to ensure that its objectives were met and I am glad to report that they were; not content with this, the Junior Committee have outlined new objectives for the 2008 season which can be read in the clubs main newsletter or on the Junior Notice Board.
We are hopeful that the summer programme we have put together reflects these objectives and our commitment to junior tennis.
The committee will continue to meet once per month throughout the summer season and therefore if you have any issues/questions please do not hesitate to bring them to our attention and we will do our utmost to provide an amicable outcome.

New Committee Members
We are always looking for new committee members, the more of us that there are the less work each of us has to do! So... any junior or senior members of the Club and/or parents/guardians that are able to give up a couple of hours of their time each month and join the junior committee please call Rob on 01704 840 986.
Old Rackets
If you have any old rackets you have grown out off, please consider giving them to the Club to lend to new members just starting who don't yet have their own rackets.
Reminders
Please avoid wearing trainers with pimpled or serrated soles. Please wear suitable tennis clothes and NOT football shirts when playing. Please do leave litter, including chewing gum, out on the courts and always brush your court after you have finished playing.
